Dr. Geertje Tutschka, MCC ist a lawyer with 25 years of expirience. After her husband got a contract in Amerika, she had to find her own way in a new country. She became a coach and decided to create her own coaching course, developed especially for lawyers. She managed not only to build a successful Consulting Agency, but also to raise three beautiful girls. She got a Woman Award 2021. She is writing books, she is an inspiration for many colleges. 
In this Interview we are talking with Dr. Tutschka about her life and, in particular, her coaching way: why coaching and what value has it for her as a lawyer in her life.
