In Acts 16 the Apostle Paul becomes the focus of the rest of the book.  Thus, the greatness of Paul's life becomes our role model in following Christ.  His life is Jesus centered, but he is led by the Holy Spirit in all of his work. The Holy Spirit speaks to Paul on where he should go and what he should do.  We need to learn to hear the voice of the Spirit in how we live.  This will lead to true greatness.  God gives us tremendous freedom in how we live, but this liberty is dependent on being guided by the Holy Spirit. The path to greatness in God's kingdom follows the vision of Christ to make disciples of all nations.  If you are not part of this discipleship plan you will miss God's call on your life and miss out on His greatness.  A humble, faithful, servant whose life is given to God for His service will be great in God's eyes.
