Today we took on the Calgary Flames, who, coming into this game were in last place in the Northwestern Division. Today the Avs, for the first time in the last 8 games, allowed a goal before they got one. The Flames Goalie, Miikka Kiprusoff, came into this game only allowing 3 goals in his last 5 games. This was probably one of the most disappointing games of the season for the Avs, losing 5-2. Joe Sakic’s assist moved him up to 13th place in all time for career assists, with 930, and is only 4 out of 12th place. I did notice that in the last episode I mentioned we have a 4 game in division streak after the last game, it was actually a 4 game in division streak including that game, just wanted to get that sorted out, not that its anything amazing.
