This past week Brad ran the NYC Marathon. Although there was a possibility for a huge PR, things needed to go right. It turns out that everything that was OUT of his control went perfectly to plan. BUT! The things he had control over didn't.
There are so many variables when running a marathon! To have a perfect day, you have to be 100% focused.
This was Brad's 15th marathon of his life and he still made a ton or rookie mistakes. Take a listen to what he learned and what he will remember moving forward.
