In this episode we dive into ways to simplify your meditation practice, drop the stigma on meditation and to be kind to yourself. About Nate: If you asked my friends what I did all day, they’d tell you that I do three things; work, yoga, and sleep. Over the past three years in my yoga practice and over the past year as a yoga teacher, I’ve found a love for myself, my body, and those around me. Outside of teaching yoga (come practice yin with me!) and guiding meditation, I work at @MSUHillel, the Jewish student center for Michigan State University. I’m passionate about community, mindfulness, cooking, and wellness and try to incorporate these guiding principles in my work, yoga, and life.
