This is the     evidence of the audio product       I can say that in order to be in the current wave of learning we must be very flexible when it comes to acquiring         new knowledge, It is necessary today to learn to use new technologies and ways of studying that did not exist        before.       In order to learn what I need at SENA, I must make the decision to learn to use the technologies that are        offered to us.      If we talk about work, we were able to show that collaborators and employers had to learn to     be flexible in the spaces and times to work, people who never had the first intention of using   computer programs to work, we had to do it if we did not want to be relegated , many people       were able to move on because they adapted to the new reality, it is necessary to be a leader   in our environments so that we can all see that it is possible to change and adapt.
