Today, Solomon not only shares with us the story of his sister Ella who took her own life, but opens up about his personal struggle with mental health. He hopes that his vulnerability can help others know it’s OK to not be OK. Solomon’s passion and dedication to end the mental health stigma is a true reflection of another Athlete Doing Good.
