Join Yasi and Steven as they discuss this issue with Dr. Ted Carter, professor at Ballarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr Carter wrote a dissertation about whisper networks, and we discuss the issues of professional misconduct and miscreant behaviors that often lead to whisper networks forming.
