Today I speak with Antonio Martinez Lopez. Antonio and I met at an alumni event of the Fletcher School’s Global Master of Arts Programme a few years ago, and kept in touch over the years. Antonio is a diplomat with Venezuela’s Foreign Service. He is currently Head of Political Section at Venezuela’s Embassy in Baghdad.
