Episode Synopsis

Whether in a competition or not, "winning" is a common term in our society these days. It can refer to an athletic event of course, or a game, but it can also refer to a certain streak in life of positive events and momentum. Winning feels good, and as a result though can also be addictive, and this is when problems can arise. "Winning" may get in the way of healthy behaviors or relationships, or of other priorities. You may also try to keep "winning" just one more time and end up losing it all (which you see very often in investing, or gambling!). So while JP and I want you all to win as much as possible, trust me when I saw we want you to do it intelligently and with awareness, and THAT'S what we're here to share on today's LIVE broadcast of Asymmetric Habits!
