Advancing Women In Technology with Michelle Ragusa-McBain
Michelle is a 12 year Cisco veteran, who currently serves as a Sales/Channel Segment Operations Manager. She was recently recognized as winner of the prestigious Cisco World Wide Channel Organization Award for Innovation and Growth as well as honored numerous times including the Commitment to Excellence Award for my work in the IT channel. She lead various influential roles within the Cisco Community: Worldwide Lead for Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, and Volunteer and Give Back, as well as an active member of Cisco’s Empowered Women’s Network. Outside of Cisco, she serves as Chair of CompTIA’s Advancing Women in IT Executive Council, where she focuses on outreach to encourage young women to pursue careers in technology, and helps companies create cultures to not only attract but retain women, and millennials. In addition Michelle has recently joined the CRN advisory board for Women in the Channel. She has been recognized as one of the Global SMB 150 channel leaders by SMB Magazine; and was most recently named in Entrepreneur Magazine as One of the Four People to encourage Girls to pursue a career in Tech by Todd Thibadeaux, CEO of CompTIA.
