Linda comes to LivHOME with experience working with adults, seniors and families in many settings, including providing psychiatric inpatient and medical outpatient services. For the last 12 years, Linda has provided psychotherapy for seniors in assisted living facilities, nursing facilities and in their homes in the Houston area. Areas of specialization include mood disorders, cognitive decline and end-of-life issues. She provides support and education to families affected by these challenges. Linda earned her bachelor of arts degree in psychology at the University of Kansas and her master of social work degree at the University of Pittsburgh along with a certificate in gerontology.
