The speakers featured in the webinar were Professor Albert Chen, Madam Emily Lau, and the Honorable Bernard Chan. Professor Chen is the Cheng Chan Lan Yue Professor in Constitutional Law at the University of Hong Kong, Madam Lau is a former member of the Democratic Party in the Hong Kong Legislative Council, and Mr Chan is the Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Hong Kong Executive Council. The event was moderated by Alejandro Reyes, the Asia Global Institute’s Director of Knowledge Dissemination at the University of Hong Kong, and a former guest on the Asia Unscripted podcast.
