There are still a lot of buildings in Australia that have asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). The laws required that ACMs, in a living or work space, are identified to esnure everyone’s safety. If a building is likely to contain fibrous materials, the property manager or owner has a responsibility to ensure that the materials are well-documented.
