I've been wanting to try Reiki after hearing so many positive stories about the practice. Finally in December I booked a virtual session with Tara Méi and hopped on the podcast to record my experience just moments after wrapping. I had such a wonderful session with Tara, but felt that I wasn't able to properly speak to the energy healing as I am no expert and had only done one session.
