As a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sister Stangland has undergone the long and rewarding journey of learning about the nature of Heavenly Father and how we can draw closer to Him. Despite growing up with personal misconceptions of the gospel and God’s plan for His children, her desires eventually led her into the waters of baptism and in becoming a full-time missionary.
