Episode Synopsis
Welcome to yet another episode of ArtBox DMV. In this episode Jason met up with Henry Mandell at the opening of a group show that he was in at the Seattle NFT Museum. Henry’s works are creations of his ongoing survey of contemporary artistic practices, scientific principles, the human condition and their the effects they have on our lives. He was trained as a traditional painter and printmaker, he uses computer software to build engrossing abstract imagery. They talk about that and rules of design elements, when a piece of art is finished and of course, his words of advice. If you want to learn more about his work and see it, head to his website at HenryMandell.com. Henry is also on instagram at henrymandellstudio. And a huge thank you to Henry for taking the time to the interview. Until next time thank you for listening!
