The architect's role effectively involves designing the business and technology architecture and includes capabilities, processes, applications, data, and integrations across the landscape. There is a lack of females in tech and architecture leadership than in management. 
ArchEmpower; The podcast channel was conceptualized to empower women in organizations to get empowered and inspired. Channel aims to share a short journey of our own women architects so that it motivates young women to pursue the careers in the architecture field.
