Carmen Electro is a Finnish DJ who received her techno education on the dancefloors of London and Berlin. Her sound is defined by energetic motives that play with dark and light emotions. Much of her record collection comprises of old and new techno, old-school trance and acid, as well as electro. Since the start of the pandemic, she has however gained an increased desire to focus on solely playing techno, as she finds comfort in the thriving, groovy, yet dark emotions that her selections within the genre convey.
