Today’s guest is Uma Iyer, owner and head baker of Tartalicious which produces artisan baked goods from around the world. A trained architect with an MBA, Uma quit the corporate world and built a thriving bakery business. This year, she added a weekly home delivery service treating customers to a delicious variety of breads.
