Oct. 12, 2024 ~ Jim Brandstatter grew up in East Lansing, and earned a B.A. degree in General Studies and Communications from the University of Michigan while playing football for Coach Bo Schembechler. From 1979 to 2021, he was the Radio Announcer for the Michigan Wolverines Football Team, and from 1987 to 2017, he was the Radio Announcer for the Detroit Lions.
