Mothering the body most certainly includes all of the things we typically think of with reference to necessary self-care. And, truly nurturing mothering of ourselves and others includes listening to the many languages our bodies speak. Listening to our need for movement, nourishment and attention to any symptoms of pain or discomfort. Listening and responding with the care, love and attention you would give to a child.My guest Megan Pass is a keeper of body wisdom.
