Ever been near the beach looking at the water in the distance, with the water looking seemingly crystal clear and as if there is nothing but sand underneath it. Only to go closer and realise there is seaweed, mixed with rocks and fishing hooks or worse still, litter.
We need to look beneath the surface inwards at our own emotional reactions, upwards outwards at potential opportunities for growth and sideways to assess the motivations of individuals we deal with day to day.
