Something special happened this summer at Ampere when our interns came into the studio to interview their mentors! Great conversations ensued as we chatted about our career paths. In the first of this series, Kathy Thompson (Reed College) invites Annie Duong to share her story on getting into engineering. Annie is a Senior Design Manager at Ampere, and she speaks on how to push one another to achieve your best, encouraging psychological safety at work, creating a post-gender culture, and what she thinks about during her long-distance runs.
