Listen "Isaiah 55 - Tim Barton"
Episode Synopsis
Tim Barton spoke on Isaiah 55 at our Sunday service, 23rd October 2022.
“Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters”.
This chapter is about God calling his people to stop putting their hope and security in things which do not satisfy and instead to seek him and find their hope, purpose and peace in Him. Isaiah uses the metaphor of a meal for this, calling God’s people to “buy and eat… eat what is good, and delight in rich food… that your soul may live.”
