How do you measure self love?
How do you invest in getting more self love?
For me it was a dark hole for years.
Even the question: ‘is my self love on point?’ had me clueless.
Looking back and looking at the relationships I’ve had
(which is a good indicator for your level of self love) my answer is: definitely not.
But in the moment…. I was too scared to look at my own self love. Because I knew it required choices. Like leaving the relationship I was in.
Fast forward to now. My self love rose to a point that I invest in myself, my growth, my happiness, support and joy easily. Abundantly.
I pay for all of it with a smile on my face.
Because I know I’m worth it.
