Red Sun Rising, the evocative Polish psychill project helmed by Michał Niecikowski, returns once more with 'The Moon', a dreamy two‑track EP spotlighting the ethereal vocal of Alia Fay. Released under Altar Records, this EP arrives nearly four years after the profoundly 'Forest Stories Ep' and continues to embody that same organic, melodic vibe that fans have come to cherish.

Track 1 opens with gently undulating pads and a sense of dawn-like emergence. Alia’s voice, warm and haunting, coils around a serene flute melody, creating a feeling of floating between dream and sunrise.
Track 2 deepens the journey with pulsating rhythms and richer textural layers. Alia’s vocals here weave with subtle electronic echoes, reinforcing the psychill palette while retaining a sense of ritualistic intimacy.

Michał’s production shines through in both pieces, organic instrumentation (flute, field-like atmospheres) blends seamlessly with modern sound design, evoking landscapes both familiar and surreal.
Alia Fay’s performance is the surface jewel, her vocals are pure, floating, and deeply emotive; her
flute lines, where present, add a timeless dimension.
