The National Weather Service calls for showers today with a high near 51. There's a chance of more showers overnight with a low around 36.  In news, a 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were charged with child endangerment after a four-year-old child who was under their care was found walking along the New York State Thruway.  In sports, the Buffalo Sabres picked up another point but lost again in overtime Thursday night, 4-3 to the Boston Bruins.  And finally, The Outer Harbor Concert Series is already planning 2026. They announced on Thursday that CAKE will be playing the series Friday, May 29, 2026.
