Listen "Episode 10: Valuing All Perspectives"
Episode Synopsis
As educators, we often serve on a variety of teams. What we've come to find is the importance of not only getting the 'right' perspectives at the table, but in setting up the environment to ensure all voices are heard (and valued) equally. In this episode, we welcome Mike Marotta back to the podcast. During our conversation, we talk about the SETT framework as a tool for a meaningful conversation that can lead to powerful change and growth for students. If you're unfamiliar with the SETT framework, check out Joy Zabala's website. Joy was the creator of the SETT Framework and a mentor to many. Kelly Fonner, an educational and assistive technology consultant and trainer, modified the SETT Framework. As you listen, consider how you can include all voices and perspectives within the teams you serve.
