Don't let them convince you that they have a Global Network! If they do, ask them to show you the buyers that bought those homes from all over the world and what marketing piece they used. There's a 99% chance they don't have anything or are lying. Anyone can do that! Even a fifth grader.
You definitely should hire a real estate agent if they can do a lot more. So what should they do? They should have a MUCH better way.
