How to Get Better at Getting Feedback:
1. Go & Get It. Practice asking others for feedback.
2. Ask Questions, Don't Make Excuses. Do not try to justify something you can work. Ask questions and attempt to understand the feedback.
3. Test the Feedback. Not all feedback is true. Test the feedback with people you trust.
4. Implement. If you choose to, you can work on the feedback. Check out our episode on getting 1% better for strategies to implement feedback.
