More than a decade ago, at a silent retreat, Lisa Carillo stopped having the thoughts of a separate identity and saw that we are already and always the One Infinite Benevolence. When the thoughts came back a few weeks later, they weren't as convincing.
She developed tools for unraveling these thoughts and the conditioning of fear, using our daily lives as the perfect Divine workshop.
This was a fun podcast, marking my own journey of transformation. We recorded it just before I embarked on a life-changing trip of my own, and had fear and anxiety come up — I was supposed to leave early next morning. Softening through the ego's fear of change, we allowed more of the Infinite to come through.
