Do you consider yourself a perfectionist? I never have so that is why I was very surprised when I noticed some "perfectionist" habits sneaking into my awareness. Somewhere I picked up the belief that I have to be in the highest vibe, aligned mood to start working towards my goals. I talk about why that is not always the case (or needed) and how we can work through perfectionism in this episode!
