Las rutinas en compañía son lo mejor y más cuando son personas que consideras como tus hermanos en ese círculo entra mi amigo Robert username @bertnez, hicimos una rutina de varios ejercicios que fueron puestos y supervisados por Robert, me gustó mucho la rutina ya que tenía un poco de todo y pude sentir lo fuerte e intensa que fue al final de la rutina cuando mi cuerpo ya estaba relajado pude sentir el dolor en mi espalda producto de un buen entrenamiento.
