Del from NY rejoins us. We met him in week 1 of season 2 when he recounted his recollection of the events surrounding the letter in 2003. Today, Del speaks with us about being an advocate for mental health as it pertains to men. He talks about volunteering for a non-profit organization that is geared towards creating awareness and providing resources regarding mental health. Del tells us about living with depression and anxiety and how he takes the necessary measures to ensure that he is living a life that is mentally and physically healthyDel joined the ICOC as a high school student. He describes himself as being a degenerate at one point in his adolescence. However, at some point Del decided to change his life. He began reading the bible on his own and wanted to implement what he was reading and learning.
