Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes espero se encuentren muy bien, cerrando la sémana y recibiendo un nuevo mes, tomen nota el 4 de Agosto cumplo años, apenas 41 así que me preparan una buena torta virtual 😂 es broma, acá quiero compartirles una rutia brutal en uno de mis sitios favoritos para entrenar, en la concha acustica (Spoiler, NO aplica para argentina) este lugar es genial, porque es fresco, pega mucha brisa, el sol es fuerte pero equilibra la brisa💪

Acá trabajando con funcionales a tope, trabajando sobretodo el core y el tren inferior, usando el peso corporal, lo que ves acá es 1 ronda de Animal Flow Frontal, Walking Lunges, luego Sentadillas con saltos frontales, luego caminata en plancha y salto de rana, en total son 10 rondas para quedar full cansados a tope💪 acá no puse música de fondo porque me encanta el sonito de los pajaros, cuentenme que les pareció? Les mando un abrazo💪


Here we are working with full functional exercises, working mainly the core and lower body, using body weight, what you see here is 1 round of Animal Flow Frontal, Walking Lunges, then Squats with front jumps, then walking plank and frog jump, in total there are 10 rounds to get fully tired💪 here I did not put background music because I love the sound of the birds, tell me what you thought?
