Amanda's White Chicken Chili

McCormick White Chicken Chili Packet (1-2 depending on the amount of chicken. I used one packet to one lb of chicken.)
1 can Rotel
1 -2 lbs Rotisserie Chicken or 4 cans of Chicken
1 large chicken broth
Water to desired consistency
1/2 large block Velvetta Cheese
Cumin 1/2 tsp or to taste
Garlic Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 cans Navy beans


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
