Doug is joined by former Michigan State football walk-on turned pro, co-founder of Synergy Dryland, and strength and performance coach for Rideout Strong Todd Anderson. Todd shares his story of going from a walk-on at Michigan State to playing in the NFL and then transitioning into strength coaching. He is an expert in all things health and wellness and shares more about the important practices of recovery and how to optimize your body as an athlete. Todd is currently training to complete a challenge of benching 405, deadlifting 605, and running a sub 4 hour marathon in the same day.
