Doug is joined by his business partner and co-founder in Kaizos Lukas Joyner. They sit down to share the story of the Kaizos 50 Miler. Due to hazardous weather, strong winds, and severe flooding the Marin Ultra Challenge was canceled so Doug and Lukas decided to make their own 50 mile run in San Francisco, California. They breakdown how they trained, prepared, and fueled for the feat. They also dive into some stories and experiences from the actual run.
