What's the most valuable skill you can have when doing an in-home presentation? It's asking questions, no question about it (see what I did there)? Over the time I've been an agent, I've assembled a list of my favorite questions I love to use in the home. This episode is dedicated to that list of questions and how/when I use them.
The key is to break down the walls, remove any sales pressure and create a comfortable environment where your prospect feels in control. Your curiosity will help them know you genuinely care. Besides, true professionals do not jump right into quotes without first asking enough questions to find out if there's a sale to be made and, if so, what that looks like. We are not quote calculators! We're licensed professionals.
