In this episode, Colin and Elliot interview Rich Uliana. Rich recently completed his first Ironman at IM Arizona last month! He started triathlon in 2017 coming from a cycling background. He's competed at age-group worlds in 2018 and 2019 and also had a top 10 finish at his first crack at the 70.3 distance at Lake Placid. Enjoy the listen as we recap Rich's Ironman experience.
