Hughes Inc., a boutique training and development firm, he helps established and emerging leaders grow to reach their ideal potential, as well as their teams. His approach draws from the science of positive psychology, helping clients plan for positive growth, as they receive the cutting edge in research on well-being and flourishing. While at Colgate, he was on the basketball team and received his BA in Sociology and Anthropology.
