As readers, podcast consumers, and learners we often lean on other people’s work and wisdom in our mentorship. In this episode we mentioned the Building Collaborative Teams Document used by Edmonton Public Schools.  “Building Collaborative Teams was developed to help teachers, educational assistants (EAs) and administrators better understand the roles of teachers and EAs. This document provides a framework for clarifying the roles, responsibilities and shared duties of teachers and EAs, as well as a range of tools and suggested processes for communicating”. Since this is a locally developed document, all teachers and EAs have access to this document on Connect (our Division’s intranet).
