As black people, our hair has been the subject of conversation, controversy, debate, etc, for a very long time. While WE love and celebrate black hair in all its forms, that's not the case for everybody. Over the years there's been a lot of negativity towards black hair types, particularly the coarsest and tightest coiled/curled black hair, that thanks to the Andre Walker Hair Typing System, we often now call "Type 4" hair. In this episode we're celebrating the hair that was often called undesirable, nappy, etc. We're showing love to Type 4, The Fantastic 4. We're joined by two friends of the show and get the celebration popping! We also find out what's on our feed this week!
