Health and Wealth is usually talked about together. You shouldn't sacrifice your health to attain health. I know this first hand as I was disgusting when I 'hustled' to be an online marketer. I realized I needed to get in shape and I did. The one thing I noticed was being in shape and being successful online took time and practice. They both share common traits such as planning, setting goals, and being persistent. It does not come over night. 
Today's guest is Karl from Smash Digital. He is competing in his first body building competition and we discussed how health and wealth play a role on both our lives and how very similar they are when trying to accomplish goals.
