Some say 'parenting is easy', while some other think otherwise. However you look at it, parenting needs work. You could be a laid back parent or an extremely proactive one, but you have to bring to the table some stuff that is going to make it work for your kid & you. In this episode, I discuss five thoughts that have made me take a more open & mindful approach to parenting my two kids. These aren't practices I have nailed yet, but pointers that help me along the way. That's why I am sharing these here, so we can all benefit from it together!  💖
