Discovering the truth about false narratives on certain topics is harder to process through than when we go through it as a kid, but the sequence is the same.

I discuss all life topics in candid yet compassionate ways, but not to overwhelm- and the compass is always set on optimal personal health & community strength. This show is for those starting to wonder about or question some things, but don't like anything too dark or scary.
