Last week we touched down in Vienna for the Art Directors Club of Europe board meeting (huge thanks to Rita and BBDO Vienna for the warm welcome and top-tier hospitality).
No surprise here — the upcoming festival was the hot topic on the table. Ever since merging with The One Club, we’ve been tinkering with the format, trying to make it bolder, better, and a little less “same old.”
After a full day of strategic debates, schnitzels, and design diplomacy, Rimantas Stanevicius managed to corner Kevin Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club for Creativity, with one mission: extract some juicy insider info. Kevin stood his ground… but by the end of the “friendly chat,” he was this close to spilling the beans 😏
