When it comes to NFTs and Web3, the word “Community” is thrown around a lot. But, when I observe the landscape, we’re still in the nascent stages of subculture, where NFT projects and collectors are broken up into tribes, isolated from each other in their individual Discords. Tribalism is antithetical to Community. We also saw this in the early days of Streetwear, but collaborations between competing brands and designers bridged these networks and over time, established a fortified marketplace. Collaborations built trust amongst brands, and they instilled trust within the consumer. With The Hundreds and Adam Bomb Squad, collaborations between projects are one of our leading initiatives because we believe that a rising tide lifts all boats. And, we are genuinely fans of this burgeoning world around us.
