In this episode I am chatting with Raffaella Grisa, the founder of WA:IT, a delicious slow beauty brand rooted in nature, intention, culture and sustainability (it's actually the first European beauty brand to be carbon negative) and we are getting into her incredible story of starting a brand at 50 years old that is rooted in 2 beautiful and symbiotic cultures - Japanese and Italian, where Raffaella is from. Part of the reason her story captivated me so much, aside fro her energy, was because she spent the majority of her life as a successful mechanical engineer and it wasn't until she was 49 on a work trip to Japan that she had a vision to completely pivot her career and decided to listen to and trust that voice to create WA:IT. She walks us through the whole journey and process of how she pivoted in her 50s and there is just so much wisdom in her process.
